Asia Cup 2018 is going towards its end. In this tournament all Asian teams including Pakistan, India, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh faced each other for several times. Two teams from each group was to be elected to play super four stage. The selected teams are India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh.
On 23rd September 2018, a face off was held between Pakistan and India in Dubai while Bangladesh and Afghanistan in Abu Dhabi. India crushed Pakistan by a stunning innings and Pakistan lost from India twice consecutively. On the other side, Afghanistan and Bangladesh has a nail biting game. Afghanistan’s effort was extremely splendid but fate was on Bangladesh’s side. Bangladesh won the match by 3 runs.
Well, it was all about the first round of super four stages. From 25th September, Tuesday the second round of the session is about to begin. India had made its place directly to the final. While, rest of the teams will have to face each other once more to be India’s opponent in finale.
On 25th September 2018, there will be first face off of between tournament’s most stable team India v/s Tournament’s most improved and fast emerging team Afghanistan.
Afghanistan has been emerged as the most focused team of the game. They have defended themselves in a great way against 100 times experienced teams than them. In the last match Afghanistan Faced Bangladesh and lost the game by a margin of only three runs. While, in the match with Pakistan they lost the game by a single run.
